**Turbo Stage 3 - Chip Kit Contains:

  1. AccessPort ECU Upgrade: The Accessport is a mult-featured ECU reprogramming device for your Subaru WRX or STi. The Accessport comes loaded with multiple maps for various setups (i.e. stock, turboback exhaust, etc.). It also allows for custom tuning through Tuners or self-tuning by downloading Cobb's Racer Tuner program. Your Subaru can easily be returned to stock at any time, as the Accessport retains your stock base map. In addition, the Accesport functions as a scan tool, diagnosing and clearing check engine lights (CELs) and other vehicle parameters. The Accessport's color display allows the user to display a variety of parameters including dynamometer testing and real time data.
  2. FREE MOD: Remove the stock resonator chamber in the passenger side front wheel well
  3. Short Ram Intake: Using the same design feature of the velocity stack found on the inlet to the MAF sensor in the factory box this cast aluminum intake carries the velocity stack radius outward to mate up with a 4.5" high flow cone filter.
  4. Custom 4 into 1 Stainless Steel Header and Uppipe Combo: Designed to significantly gain horsepower and torque.
  5. Turbo-Back Exhaust System with Cat

  7. Huge Top Mount Intercooler
The TMI dwarfs the factory intercooler by 2.14 times. A larger surface area means more cooling capacity and being larger than any top-mount competitor, we're just plain cooler! Dual intercooler inlets take full advantage of the intercooler's size by evenly distributing the air across the bar- and-plate core for more efficient cooling, while the large cast alloy end tanks distribute heat evenly across the intercooler and aid in smoothing air flow. Massive bar and plate construction reduces pressure drop over stock allowing the turbocharger to spin slower while producing the same boost pressure in the intake manifold. Not only will this prolong turbocharger life but will also reduce the air temperature exiting the turbocharger, effectively increasing intake charge density.

NOTE: Under Federal EPA regulation, replacement of original catalytic converters is allowed only if the original converter(s) is missing, or the vehicle has more than 50,000 miles or is at least five years old and the need for a replacement has been established and documented, or a local inspection program has determined the existing converter is in need of replacement. Please note that no aftermarket catalytic converters are legal for installation in California on OBD II vehicles (some 1994 & 1995, and all 1996 and later vehicles). There is a chance of seeing a CE Light: Inefficient cat code when running less than two cats, so if seen, contact us for the mechanical fix (sold separately). **Note: Xcceleration.com highly recommends you install a boost gauge, exhaust gas temperature (EGT) gauge, air/fuel gauge and a knock sensor to monitor your car and ensure safe, reliable performance. Gauges are sold separately - Please appreciate, we just think that if you spent ~$25k+ on a high performance car like the WRX and even more $ to make it perform even better, you should seriously consider spending a few hundred $ additional to monitor some key parameters!
