Please note that no aftermarket catalytic converters are legal for installation in California on OBD II vehicles (some 1994 & 1995, and all 1996 and later vehicles). There is a chance of seeing a CE Light: Inefficient cat code when running less than two cats. All performance parts have been designed and are intended for off highway application only, therefore do not carry any warranty period. GT35R - STi Stage2 Race Kit contains:
- Custom GT35R Turbo

- Silicon Hoses

- Custom Short Ram Intake (w/breather line fittings)

- MAF housing and K&N cone air filter

- Adapter to fit Front Mount Intercooler

- Tial 38mm External Wastegate with custom Teflon steel braided top and bottom oil lines: Heavy duty 347 SS alloy used in valve and valve housing. 17-7 PH SS actuator spring and high temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm gives rock solid boost stability.

- AccessPort ECU Upgrade: The Accessport is a mult-featured ECU reprogramming device for your Subaru WRX or STi. The Accessport comes loaded with multiple maps for various setups (i.e. stock, turboback exhaust, etc.). It also allows for custom tuning through Tuners or self-tuning by downloading Cobb's Racer Tuner program. Your Subaru can easily be returned to stock at any time, as the Accessport retains your stock base map. In addition, the Accesport functions as a scan tool, diagnosing and clearing check engine lights (CELs) and other vehicle parameters. The Accessport's color display allows the user to display a variety of parameters including dynamometer testing and real time data.

- (4) - Upgraded injectors

- High Output 255 liter fuel pump: Direct plug in replacement for the stock unit. A must when you are running higher boost levels.

- Blow Off Valve: Increases both quicker throttle response and higher clamping load to maintain boost pressure more reliably.

- Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator: Adjustable FPR allows the user to increase fuel rail pressure over stock levels which, in turn, yields more fuel flow and safer engine operation.

- Parallel Fuel Rails: The Subaru engine is infamous for leaning out CYL. # 3. The stock fuel rails and lines allow more fuel and pressure to be distributed to the other cylinders. When Subaru owners begin upgrading the engine and adding more boost and more power to this the problem gets even worse. The Parallel Fuel Rail Kit solves those problems. By redirecting fuel to both banks of cylinders as well as the regulator, even fuel distribution is guaranteed.

- Large Capacity Radiator: Higher flow rate Aluminum Radiator, keeps the car cooler and helps in your power performance scheme. Thicker then the stock unit and fits with no modifications.

- Lightened Power Crank Pulley

- Custom 4 into 1 Header and Custom Uppipe Combo: Designed to significantly gain horsepower and torque.

- Large Front Mount Intercooler - Intercooler kit: Front Mount Intercooler Core, Front Bumper Support Beam. Intercooler Piping Kit, T- bolt Clamps, Radiator Overflow Bottle, and Fuel Line Hose

- Custom Downpipe 3'' piping

- Cat-Back Exhaust System

- Custom STi Stage4 DOHC Cylinder Head Package: Power to 8500 r.p.m, 0.415 inch lift. Custom Stage4 ported and polished heads. *Requires customer sending their heads to us for modification. Please be patient, each head package is made per order and takes about 8-10 weeks to deliver. 2008 STi uses OEM cams. Call for pricing.

- Custom Forged Pistons and Billet Rods:

- Custom Closed Deck Block for EJ25 (99.5mm) able to handle up to 50psi

- 79mm Stroke Billet Crankshaft Subaru STI 2.5L EJ25: Increased engine performance often means increased engine speed and load. Original factory crankshafts may not be able to withstand the added stress resulting in catastrophic failure. These billet crankshafts are machined from ultra strong EN40B steel and are engineered to endure the harshest conditions and have been tested to withstand over 1000HP! Features include superior lubrication, profiled counterweights and added strength.

- Head Stud Kit for EJ25: This Head Stud Kit comes complete with all the studs, nuts and washes required to fit the STi Subaru using EJ25 engines. This kit is VERY strong (much better than standard) and is suitable for street, race and rally engines which run high boost.

- Custom Head Gaskets


This turbo kit requires fabrication, and may require new fuel lines and a surge tank.
