PERFORMANCE - RACE - 2.5RS and 2.2L TURBO KITS


Full bolt in turbo kits for any Subaru vehicle with a 2.5 motor in it. These kits will fit the Legacy, Impreza, and new age Impreza as well. All kits come complete as described. Shipping is addtional. If you have questions regarding the kits, make sure you read the below or contact us for further information. Kits are made to order and take about 4-8 weeks.

All engine modification components have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. These components are for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these items. All Engine Modifications are considered racing parts, therefore do not carry any warranty period. Please note, all power outputs stated are only approximations, for reference purposes only and will vary depending on each vehicle, its condition, fuel and modifications.

Stage 1 Turbo Kit

The Kit Includes:

Turbo: TO4E Turbo
Piping: An up pipe (2 1/4 inch) and down pipe (2 1/2 inch) including a 2 1/2 inch high flow catalytic converter section which includes 2 O2 sensor ports is included.
Manifold: The pressure side manifold from the Turbo to the intake manifold and the air intake manifold to the Turbo Charger.
Oil Lines: Oil supply lines to the Turbo and the Turbo oil return line. The passenger side valve cover is included on all the second generation 2.5 L engines for easy installation.
Fuel Pump: Walbro 255
Engine Management: RRFPR, a voltage clamp (for speed density equipped cars) and a piggy back computer system to control ignition timing.
Gauges: A boost gauge, and a digital air fuel mixture gauge.
BOV & Wastegate: A High Performance Tial Sport Wastegate and a high performance sequential blow off valve.
Intake: Cold Air K&N Filter
Instructions: All of the necessary hardware and full color photo instructions to install the kit.

Installation of this Kit must be performed by a skilled installer and tuner, familar with Subarus.


The Stage 1 Turbo Kit for the Impreza RS 2.5 and Impreza 2.2L comes with a Garrett TO4E Turbo. This is a 5 PSI system ONLY, with about a 60-80 HP gain.

NOTE: The HP figures shown on this kit is what the turbo charger is capable of supporting only. It is not the actual HP gain unless a greater amount of modification were to be performed on your vehicle to support these HP figures. Installation of this Kit must be performed by a skilled installer and tuner, familar with Subarus.


Stage 1 Turbo Kit $3499.99 plus shipping

*All kits contain everything to Turbo Charge your vehicle. The only thing that you will have to supply is a 3 inch catback exhaust system, from the catalytic converter and back, as the factory exhaust is much too small for Turbo applications.



Stage 2 Turbo Kit

The Kit Includes:

Turbo: Garrett TO4E Turbo
Intercooler: A high efficiency Top Mount Intercooler and all of the piping to install it.
Piping: An up pipe (2 1/4 inch) and down pipe (2 1/2 inch) including a 2 1/2 inch high flow catalytic converter section which includes 2 O2 sensor ports is included.
Manifold: The pressure side manifold from the Turbo to the intake manifold and the air intake manifold to the Turbo Charger.
Oil Lines: Oil supply lines to the Turbo and the Turbo oil return line. The passenger side valve cover is included on all the second generation 2.5 L engines for easy installation.
Fuel Pump: Walbro 255
Engine Management: SMT 'piggyback' ECU. The SMT is simple to install, (must be soldered in) and includes Harness, Tuning Cable, Software, wiring diagrams, installation instructions and Manual.
Gauges: A boost gauge, and a digital air fuel mixture gauge.
BOV & Wastegate: A High Performance Tial Sport Wastegate and a high performance sequential blow off valve.
Intake: Cold Air K&N Filter
Instructions: All of the necessary hardware and full color photo instructions to install the kit.

PLUS

STi Shorblock: includes full engine gasket kit. capable of running 18psi.

Installation of this Kit, STi shortblock and tuning of the engine management system must be performed by a skilled installer and tuner, familar with Subarus. This kit may require larger injectors, depending on boost level and tuning.


The Stage 2 Turbo Kit for the Impreza RS 2.5 and Impreza 2.2L comes with a Garrett T04E Turbo. This kit is delivered as a 5 PSI system, which you will need custom tuning for higher boost. This turbo charger is capable of supporting 500 hp.

NOTE: The HP figures shown on this kit is what the turbo charger is capable of supporting only. It is not the actual HP gain unless a greater amount of modification were to be performed on your vehicle to support these HP figures. Installation of this Kit, STi shortblock and tuning of the engine management system must be performed by a skilled installer and tuner, familar with Subarus.



Stage 2 Turbo Kit $7699.99 plus shipping

*All kits contain everything to Turbo Charge your vehicle. The only thing that you will have to supply is a 3 inch catback exhaust system, from the catalytic converter and back, as the factory exhaust is much too small for Turbo applications.



Stage 3 Turbo Kit

Turbo: GT25 Dual Roller Bearing Turbo
Intercooler: A high efficiency Top Mount Intercooler and all of the piping to install it.
Piping: An up pipe (2 1/4 inch) and down pipe (2 1/2 inch) including a 2 1/2 inch high flow catalytic converter section which includes 2 O2 sensor ports is included.
Manifold: The pressure side manifold from the Turbo to the intake manifold and the air intake manifold to the Turbo Charger.
Oil Lines: Oil supply lines to the Turbo and the Turbo oil return line. The passenger side valve cover is included on all the second generation 2.5 L engines for easy installation.

The Stage 3 Turbo Kit for the Impreza RS 2.5 and Impreza 2.2L comes with a GTR30 Dual Roller Bearing Turbo and a high efficiency intercooler. This kit is delivered as a 5 PSI system, which you will need custom tuning for higher boost. This turbo charger is capable of supporting 550 hp.
