Our Clutch Kits are made for us by
the leader in
aftermarket performance clutch with 8 stages ( Stage1, Stage2, Stage2+,
Stage3, Stage3+, Stage4, Stage5, Stage5+). Our Clutches have a stock
pedal feel with clamping power that is suitable for every application.
Stage5 performance clutches have been tested behind manual transmission
vehicles with more than 1000hp and for less modified daily driven
clutches, check out the Stage 1-3. The clutch kits include a high clamp
load, quick release pressure plate, corresponding stage disc, bearings
and alignment tool.
Made from high carbon steel or
specially treated
aircraft aluminum for superior rotational integrity and warp
resistance, the billet flywheels feature a hardened replaceable ring
gear, high strength racing bolt kit and SFI certification. Our
flywheels are manufactured to an industry leading .001 inch. The billet
steel units provide desired momentum for street, drag and large turbo
applications, but weigh less than stock for greater reliability and
noticeable horsepower gains. The aluminum flywheels are lighter for
better performance at road race/Time Attack and autocross events.

Stage
1:
Types of Driving: Street, Drag, Drift, Road Race, Rallye, Pulling,
Autocross. For bolt on naturally aspirated and mildly modified forced
induction engines. Stock-like daily drivability and very good wear
characteristics. High clamp pressure plate, steel-backed and
multi-compound woven organic material and high torque sprung hub and
disc assembly, bearing and tool kit.

Stage 2:
Types of
Driving: Street, Drag, Autocross. For all mild to moderately modified
naturally aspirated and power adder engines. (Also good for stock power
levels and spirited driving when good daily drivability and extremely
long life are the goal.) Stock-like daily drivability and EXCELLENT
wear characteristics. High clamp pressure plate, pure Kevlar friction
material and high torque sprung hub and disc assembly, bearing and tool
kit.

Stage
2+:
Types of Driving: Street, Drag, Road Race, Rallye, Autocross. For all
modified engines making more torque than the stage 2 can support.
Maintains stage 2 feel for good daily drivability and offers very good
wear characteristics, but provides a higher torque capacity. High clamp
pressure plate, composite multi-friction carbon-kevlar material, high
torque sprung hub and disc assembly, bearing and tool kit.

Stage 3:
Types of Driving: Street, Drag, Drift, Road Race, Rallye, Autocross.
For heavily modified street and race engines. Offers sufficient daily
drivability with a comfortable pedal feel and quick engagement. Offers
good wear characteristics under low and high stress usage. High clamp
pressure plate, 4 or 6 puck carbon semi-metallic friction with high
torque sprung hub and disc assembly, bearing and tool kit. 6 puck is
standard on most applications, but 4 puck can be specified when
ordering.

Stage
3+:
Types of Driving: Street, Drag, Drift, Road Race. For heavily modified
street and race engines making more torque than the st3 can support.
Offers good daily drivability and better manageability than the stage
3, with even better wear characteristics. High clamp pressure plate,
full-faced carbon metallic friction, high torque sprung hub and disc
assembly, bearing and tool kit.

Stage 4:
Types of Driving: Drag, Drift, Road Race, Rallye, Circle Track. For
heavily modified engines or engines of any modification level being
used in the above driving environments, where an instantaneous
engagement and light weight are beneficial. Not street-friendly due to
harsh engagement. High clamp pressure plate, 3,4 or 6 puck carbon
semi-metallic friction with high torque rigid hub and carrier assembly,
bearing and tool kit.

Stage 5:
Types of Driving: Drag, Road Race, Extremely Modified Engines, needing
Twin Plate Clutch up to 680tq. For extremely modified drag race and
pulling engines, or applications that call for a 'slipper'
clutch/progressive torque-induced engagement. These
clutches are best ordered as custom configured and should be ordered
after providing specific information about the car and it's purpose.
Not street-friendly due to harsh engagement. High clamp pressure plate,
rigid iron disc assembly, bearing and tool kit.

5X:

rotating mass. Our flywheels are NOT a one-fits-all lightweight
flywheel, though they can be used for an array of driving habits and

highest quality steel and aluminum, they are the only flywheels on the
market manufactured to a .001 machine tolerance, guaranteeing a flat

The rear differential is a expensive
part to
replace, so it is important to keep differential oil temperatures cool
for a prolonged life. Under harsh conditions like autocross or track
racing, your differential fluids heat up and start to break down which
is detrimental to oil life and performance. The Cusco differential
cover is designed to keep these fluids at a safe temperature with
enlarged cooling fins to dissipate heat. It is constructed of
heat-treated cast aluminum, and will hold 500cc more oil than your
stock rear differential cover. The Cusco Differential Cover is a great
upgrade for the weekend racer, and anyone looking to add some style to
their BRZ.

kits equip your
Subaru BRZ with larger two or four piston calipers and plus sized
StopTech Aero Rotors. StopTech big brake kits provide a neutral biased
brake system that will improve safety and performance on and off the
track as well as add a striking visual enhancement that is second to
none. StopTech big brake kits also include stainless steel brake lines
and StopTech performance brake pads to complete the package.
Adding the StopTech ST-40 front or
ST-22 rear
calipers to your BRZ as part of the Balanced Brake Kit will give you
the advantage of one of the stiffest calipers on the market. StopTech's
calipers incorporate their bolt-in bridge, which is strong enough to
dramatically reduce caliper distortion yet does not sacrifice the
caliper's cooling. The squeeze forged StopTech calipers have the least
flex of any tested after market or OEM caliper. The air channel in the
bridge is designed to help air flow through the retainer, resulting in
better cooling. A stiffer caliper on your BRZ means improved
performance without added vibration, noise or pad taper. You will also
benefit from better pedal feel under extreme braking conditions. You

The StopTech big brake kit uses

patented Two-Piece Floating Directional Aero Rotors with your choice of
several rotor diameters, featuring their innovative leading and
trailing edge designed cooling vanes. The unique vanes inside the disc
maximize airflow through the Aero Rotor to reduce turbulence and flow
more air than any rotor tested. Aero Rotors provide up to 80% better
airflow over original equipment rotors and 10-30% better airflow than
other directional vaned racing rotors. What does that mean for you?
Your Subaru BRZ's rotors will stay cooler lap after lap (or stoplight
after stoplight). Cooler rotors are less prone to warping and cracking,
and will also help to prevent brake fade and/or failure.
StopTech makes their own stainless
steel brake
lines in Southern California. StopTech is a DOT (U.S. Department of
Transportation) registered supplier of stainless steel brake lines.
Line material and fittings are all made from the highest quality parts
available. StopTech's brake lines feature a clear, abrasion-resistant
cover for maximum protection against chaffing. Necessary quality
control procedures are in place to ensure lines are the correct length
and every fully assembled StopTech stainless steel brake line is tested
to a pressure of 4,500 psi.
The supplied StopTech performance
street pads are
an excellent choice for the daily driven BRZ and function great for the
occasional autocross. If regular trips to autocross events or serious
track days are in your BRZ's future, be sure to purchase a more
appropriate pad for those events.
StopTech big brake kits calipers are
commonly
available in Red & Black, but can be special ordered in Silver,
Blue, Yellow or Gold at an additional charge and with additional lead

colors.
Anti-corrosion gold zinc coating
benefits those
who live in cold climates, where snow and road salt are commonly
encountered, or those who would prefer no visible surface rust on the
vanes and outer circumference of their rotors. This option will add to

engine temperatures. This oil cooler is an excellent addition, and is
especially effective in harsh driving environments. By using a similar
inner-fin core design, similar to intercoolers, oil capacity is
increased, decrease oil temperatures, and extend engine and oil life.

dampers make suspension adjustments easy to tune whether you're a
professional mechanic or an automotive enthusiast with amateur

The
height adjustment
is made easy with CNC-Machined locking perches for accuracy and smooth
adjustment. You can raise your car up to factory height for OEM
appearance with performance handling or you can drop your car all the
way down for a formal racetrack and an aggressive stance lowering your
center of gravity to gain full potential of your car's handling
capabilities.
On
most applications,
the Racing Damper Kits come with fully adjustable Pillow-Ball upper
mounts to easily tune and adjust your camber. Adjustable camber gives
you an edge on most suspension setups, as you can easily tune your car
for any ride height which improves handling, predictability and
furthermore tire wear, which is a great benefit both on the racetrack
and on the street.
Note: When
installing coilovers, do not pre-load the spring. Let the spring hang
without compression to allow the most travel on compression. To adjust
damper, turn adjustment to left for soft and right for hard.

Kit - Subaru BRZ:
AVO's
front-mounted Stage 1 turbocharger kit for the Subaru BRZ is finally
here! The kit is designed to work with both RHD and LHD
models in all countries, and extensive testing has been done on both
the Japanese Subaru BRZ and the US Market BRZ. The Japanese BRZ
has been track tested from day 1, and the US Market BRZ just spent two
days and 1400 miles testing and tuning in varying conditions, from 6000
feet and 0 degree temperatures, to sea level and below in the desert!
This was done to ensure our kit will hold up as a daily driver where
ever you go, whatever the conditions. All testing in the American
market was conducted on 91 and 92 octane pump gas to ensure this is
going to handle daily driving as well as the track.
The
turbocharger
kit is designed from top to bottom specifically to the BRZ,
and consists of the all the parts necessary to bolt the kit up to the
car. We utilize an AVO18/49 turbocharger that mounts up under the front
of the engine via our stainless steel unequal exhaust manifold, and
then it bolts up to the stock exhaust with our polished stainless steel
turbo outlet (also referred to as a downpipe). Cooling the pressurized
air is an aluminum bar and plate front mount intercooler which uses
black piping throughout, mechanical oil scavenging pump, oil reservoir
tank, and all necessary water and oil hoses and fittings. Tuning is by
AVO Turboworld via EcuTek reflash tools, and we will provide an AVO
Stage 1 base map free of charge with the Stage 1 kit.
This turbo kit has
been designed to bolt up to the stock air intake box and to the stock
exhaust system. We have spent a lot of time ensuring it will work with
the standard fueling system for a complete bolt on and go setup. The
beauty of the system is that it looks very stock from above! The FMIC
has been specifically designed to fit with the standard bumper without
trimming as well, and on BRZ models would be be difficult to see
unless you are looking for it.
So what can you
expect from this kit?
From
AVO testing, you will see anywhere from 250 to 320whp on pump gas,
dependent upon the quality of the gas it is tuned for. This is due
entirely to the fact that the stock motor is 12.5:1 compression,
incredibly high for a n/a motor. This makes gas quality even more
important than ever! If it wasn't for the fact that this FA20 motor is
a completely different and modern design with an incredibly well made
combustion chamber, we wouldn't even attempt to turbocharge these cars.
But while many people associate it with the old EJ20 series motors from
Subaru, there is absolutely no comparison besides the fact they are
both boxer 4's made by Subaru. The entire design of the engine is
different, especially the combustion chamber, which has been improved
tremendously from anything previously made by Subaru.
Not only is the engine a major step up, the ECU on this car is also a
great design, reacting incredibly fast to knock and adjusting
parameters to compensate. This helps increase the reliability of the
turbocharged motor. As is well known by now, this is also a direct
injection motor, helping both power and gas mileage. We've seen mpg
figures as good as stock on the freeway, probably better than stock as
we were not exactly sitting on cruise control during our testing!

This specially
designed AVO18/49 turbocharger comes with a 5-7 psi actuator for
precise boost control at lower psi levels, ensuring engine longevity.
The turbocharger is rated for 380hp of flow, so there is certainly
headroom available with it from the base stage 1 kit, which is doing
276hp on 92 octane.
Mechanical Oil Pump
Specifications:
We are unique in
utilizing a mechanical oil pump that we locate at the back of the
engine, which runs off the back of the RH camshaft. There is also a oil
reservoir tank right off the turbocharger itself. This is the most
reliable way to pull oil through the turbo to the engine, as it keeps
the flow rate tied to the rpm speed of the motor, ensuring that it's
properly scavenged at low rpms and idling, and has enough at high rpms.

The intercooler
kit utilizes black wire-reinforced silicone piping and two black powder
coated steel piping. The intake piping has ports to mount up a variety

Uses the latest MHI centre cartridge for high efficiency
Modern engine setups require high efficiency turbos with higher boost
levels. New analysis and production methods allow for new billet
impellor designs which generate high boost levels at low speeds without
surging. Previously this was not possible with cast designs.
Bespoke housings designed and machined by HKS
Internal flow losses in the exhaust scroll have been reduced for
improved efficiency, matched with improved compressor diffuser design
to increase the margin for surging. Housings are machined by HKS for
high reliability and durability.
Super Wide Range Turbocharger
The combination of the best designed impellor and optimum housing can
be felt when installed to the car. A wide efficiency range means
matching the turbo to engine is now easier. Reduced surging offers more
freedom to select optimum boost levels. GTIII turbos use lightweight
impellors with optimised wastegate port design and valve sizing,
actuator spring rate is selected to each vehicle spec for optimum
response.

Kit requires transmission upgrades to handle increased torque.
The airflow value may exceed the upper limit
of the stock airflow sensor after this kit is installed. Therefore,
replacing the stock sensor with the one capable of measuring wider
range is required. When we tested this kit, we used FLASH EDITOR and
the following parts: Airflow Sensor: SUBARU 22680AA380 Airflow Meter
Assembly Subaru (Stock sensor for GRB) and Pressure Sensor: 3BAR
Pressure Sensor
The kit includes all the necessary hard parts for installation. You
will need to purchase engine management separately (piggy back or
stand-alone), larger injectors are necessary (440cc or higher
recommended), and upgrade the (for 3 BAR boost) pressure sensor.
Modifications to the OEM bumper beam, radiator support, and fan shroud
are required. Drilling and welding the OEM oil pan is necessary to
attach the oil return. Oil cooler is included, S-Type can be used.
