32 Levels of Adjustment
Megan Racing Coil-Over Dampers are the ultimate upgrade
to your track or street car. Featuring 32 Levels
of damper force adjustment, full-height adjustment,
these damper kits are then perfectly matched with front and rear Pillow
Ball upper mounts for camber correction in most applications.
The
adjustment of the damper is as simple as can be with a built-in knob at
the top of the damper mount for easy access. Simple adjustments can be
made to tune to your style of driving and comfort level desired.
Single-Adjustable dampers make suspension adjustments easy to tune
whether you’re a professional mechanic or an automotive enthusiast with
amateur mechanical skills.
The
height adjustment is made easy with CNC-Machined locking perches for
accuracy and smooth adjustment. You can raise your car up to factory
height for OEM appearance with performance handling or you can drop
your car all the way down for a formal racetrack and an aggressive
stance lowering your center of gravity to gain full potential of your
car’s handling capabilities.
On
most applications, the Racing Damper Kits come with fully adjustable
Pillow-Ball upper mounts to easily tune and adjust your camber.
Adjustable camber gives you an edge on most suspension setups, as you
can easily tune your car for any ride height which improves handling,
predictability and furthermore tire wear, which is a great benefit both
on the racetrack and on the street.
Note: When
installing coilovers, do not pre-load the spring. Let the spring hang
without compression to allow the most travel on compression. To adjust
damper, turn adjustment to left for soft and right for hard.

Ksport
GT Pro Damper System provides the ultimate in suspension technology
featuring its inverted monotube design, 36-way adjustable dampening,
adjustable spring perch, adjustable body and pillow-ball mounts. With
the gas/oil chamber farther away from the knuckle and braking system
reducing heat transfer This design also reduces under-sprung weight,
which improves handeling and responsiveness.
36
levels of dampening adjustment allow you to fine tune the ride to your
handling and comfort needs. The dampening adjusts compression and
rebound simultaneously for ease of adjustment. Pillow ball top mounts
in the front and rear on some applications allow you to maintain
vehicle manufacturer suspension geometry design. The pillow ball top
mounts also allow you a more direct feel for solid driver response.
Camber adjustability is included on pillow ball top mounts that allow
it for the ability to adjust camber from the actual coilover, instead
of a separate camber kit.
Most
applications utilize an adjustable lower mount, which means you adjust
height without losing suspension travel like some other coilover
designs do. With the mounts and most pieces of the coilover being
designed for 6061 billet aluminum the kit is lightweight, durable, and
rust resistant. The steel shock body is electroplated with zinc to
resist rust and the elements. The valving of each set is matched to the
springs installed for unmatched ride quality and reliability.
The
Ksport system uses a Monotube design in which the oil and gas are
separated within the cylinder. When compared to twin tube designs the
Monotube dissipates heat better, allows finer dampening adjustments,
and requires more expensive design process. Aeration and cavatation are
a lot less common in a Monotube design, which results in a better ride.

Clutch Kits are made for us by the leader in aftermarket performance
clutch with 8 stages ( Stage1, Stage2, Stage2+, Stage3, Stage3+,
Stage4, Stage5, Stage5+). Our Clutches have a stock pedal feel with
clamping power that is suitable for every application. Stage5
performance clutches have been tested behind manual transmission
vehicles with more than 1000hp and for less modified daily driven
clutches, check out the Stage 1-3. The clutch kits include a high clamp
load, quick release pressure plate, corresponding stage disc, bearings
and alignment tool.
Made
from high carbon steel or specially treated aircraft aluminum for
superior rotational integrity and warp resistance, the billet flywheels
feature a hardened replaceable ring gear, high strength racing bolt kit
and SFI certification. Our flywheels are manufactured to an industry
leading .001 inch. The billet steel units provide desired momentum for
street, drag and large turbo applications, but weigh less than stock
for greater reliability and noticeable horsepower gains. The aluminum
flywheels are lighter for better performance at road race/Time Attack
and autocross events.

Stage 2: Types
of Driving: Street, Drag, Autocross. For all mild to moderately
modified naturally aspirated and power adder engines. (Also good for
stock power levels and spirited driving when good daily drivability and
extremely long life are the goal.) Stock-like daily drivability and
EXCELLENT wear characteristics. High clamp pressure plate, pure Kevlar
friction material and high torque sprung hub and disc assembly, bearing
and tool kit.
Stage
2+:
Types of Driving: Street, Drag, Road Race, Rallye, Autocross. For all
modified engines making more torque than the stage 2 can support.
Maintains stage 2 feel for good daily drivability and offers very good
wear characteristics, but provides a higher torque capacity. High clamp
pressure plate, composite multi-friction carbon-kevlar material, high
torque sprung hub and disc assembly, bearing and tool kit.
Stage
3: Types
of Driving: Street, Drag, Drift, Road Race, Rallye, Autocross. For
heavily modified street and race engines. Offers sufficient daily
drivability with a comfortable pedal feel and quick engagement. Offers
good wear characteristics under low and high stress usage. High clamp
pressure plate, 4 or 6 puck carbon semi-metallic friction with high
torque sprung hub and disc assembly, bearing and tool kit. 6 puck is
standard on most applications, but 4 puck can be specified when
ordering.
Stage
3+: Types
of Driving: Street, Drag, Drift, Road Race. For heavily modified street
and race engines making more torque than the st3 can support. Offers
good daily drivability and better manageability than the stage 3, with
even better wear characteristics. High clamp pressure plate, full-faced
carbon metallic friction, high torque sprung hub and disc assembly,

Torque Converters for Automatic 2.5L

Converters for Street Rods, and Race Cars. Torque Converters are
available as a Lockup model, with 2800rpm stall speed. A
high-performance or race engine, which makes power at high RPM, needs a
torque converter that has a high stall speed. Improve
your ETA by 1/2 to 1 sec. Get that power to the road!
These are complete torque
converters, no core charge or exchange. You keep your OEM converter.
Delivery is

converter lockup and shift firmness? The device that makes it happen is
the Shiftronic Shifter. It's a plug-and-play module that mounts in the
cockpit and links directly with your transmission computer harness to
provide manual control of up and downshifts, shift pressure and
converter lockup.
Once plugged in, you
have the option to go to any gear you please, up-shifting and
down-shifting when you want. The Shifttronic feature is great for drag
racers, rally drivers and anyone who wants positive trans control. The
controller also offers you the option of changing how hard the trans
shifts, and allows the driver to lock the torque converter on
deceleration for real engine braking-like a manual shift transmission.

Quaife ATB
Differential for WRX
|
The
Quaife is great for street driving or racing. Racers don't have to put
up with locking mechanisms or spools that tear the steering wheel out
of their hands when cornering. Because it behaves like an open
differential during ordinary driving, street drivers will have trouble
telling it's there until pushing the car's limits. The Quaife has been
proven in everything from SCCA Rally to Formula 1. It provides
autocrossers with such an advantage, it has become "required" equipment
for a winning effort.
In
cornering, while accelerating out of a turn, the Quaife biases power to
the outside wheel, reducing inside-wheel spin. This allows the driver
to begin accelerating earlier, exiting the corner at a higher speed.
The
Quaife also controls loss of traction when the front wheels are on
slippery surfaces such as ice and snow or mud, providing the
appropriate biased traction needed to overcome these adverse
conditions. The Quaife Differential provides constant and infinitely
variable drive. Power is transferred automatically without the use of
normal friction pads or plates seen in other limited-slip designs.
The
Quaife's unique design offers maximum traction, improves handling and
steering, and puts the power where it is needed most. A definite
advantage whether on the track or on the street.
The
Quaife is extremely strong and durable and since the Quaife is gear
operated, it has no plates or clutches that can wear out and need
costly replacement.
